Privacy Policy
last updated [October 20, 2026]I only collect what I need to reply to you, do the work and run this website. I don't sell your information, and you can ask me to see it, fix it or delete it at any time.
01Who I am
This website is run by Andrea Carillo, trading as Just Psalm Agency (“JPA”, “I”, “me”, “my”). I'm based in Aurora, Illinois. You can reach me at [email protected].
This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit justpsalmagency.com or work with me, why I collect it, and what your choices are.
02What I collect
Things you tell me
- Your name, email address and business details when you fill in a contact or enquiry form, or book a call.
- Information you share during onboarding, such as your social handles, brand assets, goals and audience.
- Your email address if you subscribe to my emails.
- Billing details needed to invoice you. Card payments are handled by my payment provider; I never see or store your full card number.
Things collected automatically
When you visit the site, basic technical information is collected through cookies and similar tools: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Things from other places
If you give me access to your social media accounts or scheduling tools so I can do the work, I only use what you've granted access to, and only to deliver the agreed services.
03How I use it
- To reply to your enquiries and book calls.
- To provide, manage and invoice the services you've hired me for.
- To send emails you've asked for, and occasional updates if you've opted in.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't use it to make automated decisions about you.
04Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)
If you're in the UK or European Economic Area, I process your information on one of these bases: your consent (for example, marketing emails and non-essential cookies); to carry out a contract with you or take steps before one; my legitimate interests in running and improving a small business, where these don't override your rights; and legal obligations, such as tax records.
05Who I share it with
I share information only with trusted tools and providers that help me run the site and my services, and only what they need. These currently include:
- Showit, which hosts this website.
- [Email marketing provider, e.g. Flodesk or Mailchimp] for emails.
- [Booking / CRM / contract tools, e.g. Dubsado, HoneyBook, Calendly] for enquiries, contracts and scheduling.
- [Payment provider, e.g. Stripe or PayPal] for payments.
- [Analytics, e.g. Google Analytics] to understand site visits.
I may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights. If my business is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner, who must honour this policy.
06Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. What they are, which ones I use and how to turn them off is explained in the Cookie Policy.
07Emails and marketing
I only send marketing emails if you've signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing [email protected]. I'll still send essential messages about work we're doing together.
08Working together: your accounts and assets
If you share logins, platform access, brand files or customer information with me as part of a project, I treat them as confidential. I use them only to deliver the agreed work, keep them in secure tools, and I'll ask you to remove my access when the engagement ends.
09How long I keep it
I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. As a rough guide, enquiries that don't lead to work are kept 6 months, and client records and invoices are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (6-7 years). Email subscribers stay on my list until they unsubscribe.
10Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information I hold about you; correct it; ask me to delete it; object to or restrict how I use it; take a copy of it to move elsewhere; and withdraw consent at any time.
If you're a California resident, you can also ask what personal information I've collected, ask me to delete it, and opt out of its sale. I don't sell personal information. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. I may need to confirm who you are first, and I'll reply within the time required by law. If you're unhappy with my response, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
11Security
I use reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information, such as trusted platforms, strong passwords and limited access. No online system is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.
12Other websites
This site links to other websites and social platforms. I'm not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
13Children
My services and this website are for businesses and aren't directed at children under 16. I don't knowingly collect their information. If you think I have, please email me and I'll delete it.
14Where your information goes
Some of the providers I use are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where I transfer information internationally, I rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
15Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. If I make a significant change, I'll say so on the site.
16Contact
For any question about this policy or your information, email [email protected] or write to Andrea Carillo, Aurora, Illinois.

Terms & Conditions
last updated [October 20, 2026]These cover how you use this website: be kind, don't copy my work, and know that case studies are examples rather than promises. Working together is covered by a separate agreement.
01Agreeing to these terms
By using justpsalmagency.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. These terms cover your use of the website only. Working together is covered separately (see section 3).
02About the website
justpsalmagency.com is run by Andrea Carillo, trading as Just Psalm Agency (“JPA”, “I”, “me”). The site shares information about my social media strategy, content and management services. It's for general information and isn't professional advice for your specific situation.
03Working together
Hiring me for strategy, content, management or guidance happens through a written proposal or services agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins for the work it covers. Nothing on this website is an offer that creates a contract by itself, and prices or packages shown here may change until agreed in writing.
04Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish my content without permission;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- send spam or harmful code through my forms;
- use the site to mislead others or infringe anyone's rights.
05Ownership of content
The words, design, graphics, photography and other material on this site belong to Andrea Carillo or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to the site, and quote small excerpts with credit and a link back. Please ask before using anything else.
Work shown in my portfolio belongs to the clients it was created for and appears with their permission.
06Portfolio, testimonials and results
Case studies, testimonials and results are real examples of past work. Every business is different, so I can't promise that you'll achieve the same outcomes. Social media results depend on many factors outside my control, including your offer, audience, budget and platform changes.
07Third-party platforms and links
My work involves platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and others, which have their own terms and can change their features, reach or rules at any time. I'm not responsible for those changes or for the content of other websites I link to.
08Enquiries and communication
When you contact me, you agree to give accurate information. I'll use it as set out in the Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry doesn't create a client relationship until we've both agreed to work together in writing. Emails to [email protected] aren't guaranteed to be confidential unless we agree otherwise.
09No warranties
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. I do my best to keep things accurate and up to date, but I don't promise that the site will always be error-free, secure or available, or that information on it is complete.
10Limits on my liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Andrea Carillo isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11Your responsibility
If your misuse of the site or breach of these terms causes a claim or loss against Andrea Carillo, you agree to cover reasonable resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.
12Privacy and cookies
How I handle personal information and cookies is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Confirm applicable state/country], and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of [Confirm applicable state/country], unless local consumer law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
14Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the changes.
